When we feel emotionally unsafe with each other, when we feel unloved, unimportant to each other; we most often end up in reoccurring conflicts that further undermine our bonds. As your therapist, my job is to help you slow down, go deeper, retrieve your softer emotions and help you communicate these to your partner; thus beginning the process of repairing your bonds.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, indecisive, alone, over-stressed, angry or unmotivated, allow me to be your guide and facilitator to help you connect with your inner healing and growthful resources . You'll develop new awareness about the self-defeating patterns in your life that no longer serve you and you will focus on developing new skills to transform those patterns.

Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions become a safe and supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
